Once you have acquired a ticket / authoriziation, simply go to this site you are on presently ( https://showchoircanada.live ) and log in to "my account" (in the top right menu) at 10:00 am EST on Sat. May 7th, 2022.
From there, you will see a thumbnail on which to click. That link will take you to a page where you can enjoy the show and participate in the chat.
Adjust the volume by hovering over the "speaker" icon in the video window and moving the blue slider all the way to the right. If it's on full (the bar is all blue) and you still can't hear anything, make sure you have adjusted your computer volume, or any connected speakers.
Not a problem—to verify your email, try logging in on the "my account" page and follow the prompts. You can request another verification email from there.
Or for password reset, go to: "RESET PASSWORD" on the "my account" page and follow the instructions.
This is almost certainly because our emails are going to your junk mail. PLEASE do check your junk / spam mailbox for an email from "livestream@showchoircanada.com".

Nope. There is only one authorization per device.
We don't see your credit card credentials or have access to them. All transactions are securely and remotely handled by stripe.com But kudos for asking! Trust no-one (ESPECIALLY on the internet)!
Your email address is securely stored in our temporary database for the sole purpose of identifying you to allow access the live stream. After the live stream, the database will be deleted.
We will not share or sell your email address to anyone.
